Happy New Year! I keep updating on Instagram and Discord and poor Blogger gets the leftovers. But not this time! Today, Blogger gets the update FIRST! Over the next couple months, we'll be showing off our prototypes in local game stores!

January is full of FREE events!


January 24th -- Prototype Playtest @ Mission Fun & Games

Where? 560 St. Albert Trail, St Albert
When? 14:00 to 17:00*

We're proud of our community and Mission: Fun & Games has strong community ties! We'll have both Human-Hunter-Monster-Cannibal and Court of Whispers for your playing pleasure! Join us Saturday afternoon and be part of the creative process!


January 31st -- 2PL&Y: Edmonton's Prototype Playtest Event 

Where? West Jasper Sherwood Community League (9620 152 St NW, Edmonton)
When? Noon:30 to 21:00

Last year was a great success, so let's do it again! Join local game designers and let's test everything! Presented by Let's P.O.P.  & Gamer Get2gethers! Join us all day Saturday while we test our latest iteration of Court of Whispers! RSVP now!


Wednesdays -- Public Playtests @ Gamer's Den 

Where? 11610 119th St., Edmonton
When? 14:00 to 17:00

We've had an irregular public schedule, but most Wednesdays, we're at Gamer's Den. We always have something to play on us, so stop on by and chat for a few minutes! We even (sometimes) have tea! Check our Discord for regular updates!

February Sneak Peak

A couple years ago, we tried to host a small community get-together. Bring your families and your smiles and favourite games over to the community centre just to have fun! Well... it's baaaaaack...

Announcement: Human-Hunter-Monster-Cannibal LIVE on Kickstarter!

I have many faults. I have many weaknesses and fears. And poor Elizabeth Borden is basically hidden entirely. But that's fine . Human-Hunter-Monster-Cannibal, for those who don't know, is a trick-taking, hand-building game for 2-5 players designed from the ground up to be colourblind friendly. Take as much charge as you can of a 1450s village in the mountains or forest or desert and guide the spring festival that you might survive the monstrous conjunction. Reminder: HHMC Kickstarter ends TONIGHT!

Just a reminder to everyone that our Human-Hunter-Monster-Cannibal Kickstarter ends tonight at midnight (MST, anyway). And a quick apology for the tardiness of the very last lost episode of Monsters in the Dark . The Gévaudan was delayed several hours due to... I'm not entirely sure. Distractions? ADHD? Multiple reasons, most of them personality-centric. If you missed it, then feel free to watch it here. At this point, all episodes of Season 1 are up. Do I continue with Season 2? Do I do some streaming? I don't know. A bit of a break for now, I think. Either way, I hope you have an excellent Halloween, a fantastic holiday season, and a relaxing Christmas vacation!
